Cancellation / Prepayment

For rates where advance payment is required, a separate email with a payment link will be sent after the booking has been completed. For other rates, you only have to pay once in the hotel and no advance card guarantee is required. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00 on the day of arrival. The reservation is guaranteed until 16:00 on the day of arrival. A credit card guarantee does not apply.

Children and Extra Beds

There is a supplementary charge for children from 4 till 12 years of age of € 2.50 per child per night.

For all older children or adults there is a supplementary charge of €59.50 per night for the use of extra beds.
