Recommend for great location and good value for money

Great location - very close to the Den Haag Central Station where the Flixbus, trams, Hop On Hop Off shuttle buses and intercity links are also located. There were various constructions along the path from the Central Station to the hotel, though not the hotel#s fault. Be mindful in case you are carrying big suit cases. The hotel is also walking distance from good restaurants, the nearby part and Centrum where the shops are. Room - reasonably good size and comfortable beds. Mine even had a balcony looking out to the inner part of the building, although it was too chilly to stay outside for a longer duration Staff at Reception - Helpful and accommodating. Amenities and equipment in the room - These covered the necessities - body wash, shampoo, hand wash mild enough for use, towels, housekeeping with an option for you to have this daily or not, safe, hangers for clothes, small fridge and bottles of water. Overall, I will recommend mainly for the location.

Poor service

Poor Service. Arrived after a 14 hour flight and could not check in because the room was not ready until 3 pm. Waited for 50 mins at reception and 5 families checked in - mysteriously their room was ready but not mine. The bar at reception had water and coffee but with dirty cups. The upside is being close to the station but this is the only pro.

Not so great

The overall experience was not so great. The hotel needs a modernization in my opinion. The room was not cleaned for the entire duration of my 3 days stay. I found the room also dark, without enough internal lights. The service was friendly and welcoming
